All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Costs

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
