📦 Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Please check our current shipping rates at checkout. We regularly run promotions including free shipping offers.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. Please contact us at support@revitaliseonline.store if you have an international enquiry.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at support@revitaliseonline.store with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. We never store your card details.
