We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This exceeds the minimum 14-day requirement under UK consumer law.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened (e.g. personal care items)

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@revitaliseonline.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@revitaliseonline.store and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
